Permitted Use of Platform

RideOn operates solely as a digital marketplace connecting vehicle rental shops with customers, in compliance with Thai law.
(1) Scope of Services:
The platform is limited to vehicle rental transactions (motorbikes, scooters, cars, and related accessories for rental purposes only).

(2) Prohibited Activities:
Any other use of the platform is strictly forbidden. In particular, the following are not allowed on RideOn:

• Any services or products outside of lawful vehicle rental in Thailand.

• Any activities falling within the categories listed under Omise’s Prohibited Businesses

• Any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive practices.

(3) Enforcement:
RideOn reserves the right to suspend or remove any shop, listing, or user account that violates these rules. In addition, RideOn may report such activities to the relevant authorities.

การใช้งานที่อนุญาตบนแพลตฟอร์ม

RideOn ให้บริการเป็นตลาดออนไลน์ (Marketplace) เพื่อเชื่อมต่อระหว่างร้านให้เช่ารถกับผู้เช่าเท่านั้น โดยดำเนินการภายใต้กฎหมายไทย
(1) ขอบเขตของบริการ:
แพลตฟอร์มนี้จำกัดการใช้งานเฉพาะธุรกรรมการเช่ารถ (รถจักรยานยนต์, สกู๊ตเตอร์, รถยนต์ และอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเช่าเท่านั้น)

(2) กิจกรรมที่ต้องห้าม:
การใช้งานแพลตฟอร์มในลักษณะอื่นใดนอกเหนือจากที่กำหนดถือเป็นสิ่งต้องห้าม โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง ห้ามดำเนินการดังต่อไปนี้บน RideOn:

• การให้บริการหรือจำหน่ายสินค้านอกเหนือจากการเช่ารถที่ถูกต้องตามกฎหมายไทย

• การดำเนินการใด ๆ ที่เข้าข่ายใน รายการธุรกิจต้องห้ามของ Omise

• การกระทำที่ผิดกฎหมาย ฉ้อฉล หรือหลอกลวง

(3) การบังคับใช้:
RideOn ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการระงับหรือยกเลิกร้านค้า รายการเช่า หรือบัญชีผู้ใช้งานที่ฝ่าฝืนกฎเหล่านี้ นอกจากนี้ RideOn อาจรายงานการกระทำดังกล่าวต่อหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
